The LifeGrip Anti-Slip Safety Stair Treads were exactly what I needed for my basement steps. Just peel off the tape strip and adhere to your step. They are a rough texture, but not so rough to tear your socks. I am so glad I was able to find this product!

Excellent product and well worth the money spent. Used it for slip resistants on the foot ledge around my boat. Stepping onboard or off the board the boat from any position now protects and prevents slip/falls.
